Terms of Use

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms cover the Wonderworth website and waiting list, and the Wonderworth membership once your spot opens. By using Wonderworth, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Wonderworth sends children ages 4 to 9 a learning adventure by mail: two new books every month, on what they love. Wonderworth is operated by Tai Kaish, an individual based in Israel. You can reach us at hello@joinwonderworth.com.

2. Who may use Wonderworth

You must be 18 or older to join the waiting list or enroll. Children use Wonderworth with a parent or guardian.

3. The waiting list

Joining the waiting list is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We open spots to families in small groups and will email you when yours opens. We can't promise a date, and you can leave the list at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails.

4. Membership, price and payment

When your spot opens, we'll show you the price before you pay. Today that's $15 for the first month, then $27.95 a month, and $13.95 a month for each additional child. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which also sends your receipt, and its terms apply to the purchase. Membership renews monthly until you cancel.

5. Canceling and refunds

You can cancel anytime, with no fee, before your next renewal date. Books you've received are yours to keep. If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it. To ask, email hello@joinwonderworth.com.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service.

7. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate details, keep your email address up to date, and supervise your child's use of the books and activities. Some activities use simple household materials; a grown-up should be nearby.

8. Ownership and permitted use

The Wonderworth website, books, illustrations, designs and brand belong to us or our licensors. The books you receive are yours for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or republish them. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Wonderworth: no interfering with the service, unauthorized access, automated scraping, impersonating someone, or infringing anyone's rights.

10. Third-party services

Some parts of Wonderworth rely on other services, such as our payment provider, printers and the postal service. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for them. Books, films, podcasts and places we suggest belong to others.

11. Disclaimers

Wonderworth is provided "as is". We work hard to make every book accurate and right for your child's age, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every book will suit every child.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Wonderworth at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, to prevent harm, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that should survive, like ownership and liability, do.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

15. Changes to these terms

We'll post any changes here with a new effective date, and tell you by email about important ones. Using Wonderworth after a change means you accept it.
