Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Wonderworth collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Wonderworth sends children a learning adventure by mail, built around what they love. It is operated by Tai Kaish, an individual based in Israel. You can reach us at hello@joinwonderworth.com.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list
Your email address, and if you choose to share them, your children's ages and the topics picked in our choosing game. We also note which ad or link brought you to us.
When your spot opens and you enroll
Your name, shipping address and email, your child's first name, age and reading level, and the books they choose. Our payment provider handles payment: we receive the payer's name, email, country, amount and payment status, never card details.
Technical information
IP address, device and browser details, and pages visited, collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
How we use information
To keep your place on the waiting list and email you when your spot opens, to choose and send books that fit your child, to answer questions, and to improve Wonderworth.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use your child's details for advertising.
Analytics and ads
We measure how people use our website, such as pages viewed, books opened and whether someone joined the waiting list, with Mixpanel. If we run ads, we may use Meta's pixel and the Google tag to measure them. We don't send your email, your children's details or their choices to advertising tools.
Global Privacy Control and opting out
We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser: when your browser sends one, we don't load our analytics. You can also ask us by email to stop, and unsubscribe from our emails with the link in each one.
Children's privacy
Wonderworth is for parents and guardians. Our forms are for grown-ups, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children can play the choosing game with a grown-up; it doesn't ask them for any personal information. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, and the UK and EU, you can ask to access, correct, delete or download your information, or to limit how it's used. Email hello@joinwonderworth.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
Storage and partners
We use trusted providers to run Wonderworth: Vercel to host the website, Resend to store the waiting list and send email, Mixpanel for analytics, and, once we open, a payment provider and print and mailing partners. Some are in the United States; where the law requires, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or contractual protections.
Retention
We keep your waiting-list details until you enroll, unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest and limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think something is wrong.
Changes
We'll post updates to this policy here with a new effective date, and email you about important changes.
